Not your typical kind of gym.
High intensity but low impact (no running jumping etc). I found it most efficient in focusing my abdomen area. The soreness would lasts for a few days.

Love Lagree Fitness and H Kore has a set up a good.place with a LA vibe. Look for part-owner and teacher, Vanessa , I swear by her!

Friendly instructors and front desk staff , but be warned : the Mega Reformer is tough !!!
