Kings’ Lodge opened its doors for business in 2003, serving well known Chinese dishes from Beijing, Sichuan, Shanghai and Hangzhou. Its "Noodle King" noodles and "Dim Sum King" dim sums are specially made in-house and one of a kind.

Branches all over Hong Kong, the restaurants provide the ground breaking open kitchen concept that customers are assured of the highest level of food hygiene and can have an understanding of how the noodles and cold dishes are made. In addition, the decor of all shops are modern and the ambiance are vibrant; customers can also enjoy more privacy in their nicely appointed VIP rooms.

Using a special imported noodle machine (in Hong Kong our group owns two of this kind) and well researched recipes, Kings' Lodge makes three different and unique types of noodles (like pasta) :

Spaghettini - Thin and Smooth, Slightly Al-dente

Fettucini - Wide and Flat, Al-dente, better than Udon

Black King Kong - Al-dente and Slightly Chewy

Customers are served various types of sauces and meats to accompany the noodles of their choice. This format has been very well received since our opening.

Other than noodles, one should not miss the "Dim Sum King" dim-sums: Kings' Lodge Steamed Pork Dumpling (Shanghai) , Fried Turnip Cakes (Beijing) , Pan-fried Pork Dumplings (Beijing) , Dumplings in Chilli (Sichuan) , Pan-fried Minced Pork Soft Buns (Shanghai) , Dumplings in Chilli Soup (Sichuan) etc. These are delicately produced. Once you have tasted them, you will want to have more.

Another unique offering by Kings’ Lodge are dishes from Beijing, Sichuan, Shanghai and Hangzhou. Some of these are : Fried Sliced Rice Cake with Chicken , Shrimps and Yunnan Ham (Hangzhou) , Braised Tientsin Cabbage with Yunnan Ham (Shanghai) , Boiled Chicken & Pork Dumplings (Shanghai) , Spicy Diced Fish (Hangzhou) , Tea Leaves Smoked Duck (Sichuan) , Sauteed and Deep-fried Pawns (Beijing) , Fried Mandarin Fish with Sweet and Sour Sauce (Shanghai) , Sliced Beef with Spicy Sauce (Sichuan) , Chilled Chicken in Yellow Wine Sauce (Shanghai) etc. Each has its own individual flavour and it is like being on a food sampling tour of north and southern China.
