Terms and conditions for workshop registration:
1. Workshop organizer (Simplified as "organizer") will list out all detailed policies and conditions, customer has to read them thoroughly to protect his interest. Once the payment is completed, registered customer agrees with all the policies and conditions listed by the organizer. Please contact the organizer before starting the registration when customer has any doubts.
2. All information about the workshop events or activities is provided by organizer or its related others, while HelloToby only plays for such a role as registration medium platform. HelloToby does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, update and validity of all provided information. Please contact the organizer for enquiry.
3. Registered customer may have to verify their identity by showing their identification documents as requested by organizer. Otherwise organizer reserves the right to abolish the customer’s enrollment to the workshop or event.
4. Organizer reserves the right to modify the workshops’ or events’ details, including but not limited to information such as date, time, venue, participating quota, target and instructor.
5. Once the payment is completed, unless the reason that organizer abolishes the workshop or event, HelloToby will NOT accept customers cancel the enrollment because of personal special or private reasons.
6. If inadequate enrollments to the workshop are made, if organizer’s rescheduling fails, organizer and HelloToby may abolish the workshop after the registration deadline. The payment will be refunded to registered customers by the system automatically. The online surcharge payment collected by credit card companies is not covered in the refund.
7. Organizer reserves the right to prohibit participant from attending the workshops or events, if that participant violates the terms and conditions of venue or workshop.
8. Organizer reserves the right that not allowing participants to use any recording devices that have the following functions: audio recording, video or photo filming.
9. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of HelloToby and organizer.
