作為一名從未有過健身經驗的學生，經過幾次Jimmy Sir的耐心指導，我逐漸對健身產生了興趣。每當他教我使用新器械時，總會主動詢問我是否覺得重量合適，或者是否有任何身體不適。Jimmy Sir也會分享他的專業知識，教我如何透過運動減輕由身體勞損引起的腰酸背痛。我曾不知不覺地向朋友們分享了在Jimmy Sir那裡的健身體驗，讓我朋友對這課程產生了興趣。我的朋友們十分希望能跟隨Jimmy Sir一起上課，我也很樂意將朋友介紹給Jimmy Sir。

I appreciate the structure of the program, which incorporates various skills such as sprints for energy, jumps for height, and resistance training through long runs. It’s clear that the coach understands my goals, and I really value that we set objectives and achieve something meaningful in each session.
