產後護理 (2)獲聘次數116可以叫我做思詩 😊 我早於2017年已考獲陪月員證書，過去一直擔任保姆姨姨，以照顧嬰幼兒為主，亦曾幫親戚朋友坐月，調理身體。雖然我經驗唔多，但一直有工作在身，並沒有脫節，係嬰兒照顧同產後調理方面都放心交俾我🥰 每一次嘅陪月工作我都會盡心做，每餐準備三餸一湯 (有時太太唔想食咁多就煮兩餸一湯)，會彈性處理，根據媽媽口味調整。工作上並不會要求媽媽務必遵從我的陪月方式，我會以媽媽意願為先從而提出建議，相信我地可以互相遷就同配合，可以好好咁渡過產後坐月黃金期 !...上門陪月不限服務地區

Package樸實，無假廣告，職員和治療師服務態度很好，不硬銷，重點係地鐵站隔離，行兩步就到，真的方便，推薦給有痛症的朋友！！！

返工後開始有脊柱側彎，高低膊，盆骨前傾，經常感到背痛，做左筋膜療法 之後背痛大大改善。脊柱側彎患者可以試下。

治療師好專業，可以一下就搵到我痛既原因，再循序漸進同分部分去幫我拉鬆返d肌肉，再用魔術手疏通經絡，又會教對應既運動去比我練返肌肉。達致長遠既治療效果！推薦！

好感恩雲寶仲細嘅時候搵左訓犬師，雲寶之前拆家，咬尿片，亂屙大小二便，狂吠，在照顧上實在太吃力，Chris教導我們如何做好環境管理，教識雲寶唔咬尿片同指定地方去廁所，上咗兩堂雲寶成個狀態放鬆冷靜晒，我們一家輕鬆咗好多, 我哋應該一早搵幫手，辛苦咗幾個月瞓得又差壓力又大, 依家終於明白自己坐喺邊，佢除咗教雲寶仲教埋我們做主人的應有態度和正確養狗觀念同心態，新手家庭原本養一隻都搞到好吃力，雲寶比Chris調教後真係好乖好聽話，方法實用容易掌握，哈哈 依家我哋都心思思想養多一隻細佬，感恩能遇到你教導我們， 終身受用！謝謝

全部訓練都教得幾好，Carsten帶狗仔第一次用廁所，狗仔之後自然識去，仲有狗仔本身好曳，教完之後改善好多，至於，出街都會逐步去教主人令狗仔冷靜同唔會搶繩。 以加狗仔都好乖唔會係屋企亂吠。
