返工後開始有脊柱側彎，高低膊，盆骨前傾，經常感到背痛，做左筋膜療法 之後背痛大大改善。脊柱側彎患者可以試下。

治療師好專業，可以一下就搵到我痛既原因，再循序漸進同分部分去幫我拉鬆返d肌肉，再用魔術手疏通經絡，又會教對應既運動去比我練返肌肉。達致長遠既治療效果！推薦！

我地狗仔栗子有追手咬同出街搶繩問題，Carsten好細心觀察左好短時間就一針見血咁留意到狗狗唔同行為背後既原因，從而教識我地用正確方法對症下藥，養左狗狗半年都解決唔到既問題喺短短一個鐘內（都未落堂），已經明顯見到大大改善，真係非常神奇。我地曾經以為狗狗行為問題解決唔到係咪就要用更強硬手段令狗狗知錯，亦都好唔想走到呢一步，好慶幸Carsten用既方法都係非常正面同溫和，令到我地學識由狗狗角度出發，幫助狗狗融入人類生活，同狗狗之間既bonding亦都變得更加緊密。

栗子原本有一些行為問題，例如咬我地手腳、係佢覺得舒服的地方咬拉鍊或扣子、出街時也會因為太興奮而搶繩，看到人或其他狗特別容易過度熱情，有時會出手邀請其他狗玩。 為了改善這些問題，我們決定請教Carsten。上了兩堂課後，我們對如何正確與栗子相處、玩耍以及放狗有了更清晰的理解。最重要的是，我們學會了如何有效地協助栗子控制情緒。 短短兩堂課的時間，栗子的行為已有非常明顯的改善。開始學懂自我控制，不再像以前那樣衝動。出街時也冷靜了很多，很多時候都會乖乖地走在我們腳邊，跟着我們的節奏行走。非常感謝專業、耐心又細心的Carsten!

We are extremely satisfied and happy with the service provided by Haha as our pet sitter. She took wonderful care of our two dogs, spending extra time with them and making sure they were comfortable and happy while we were away. Thanks to Haha, we were able to travel with complete peace of mind, knowing our pets were in good hands. Haha kept us updated throughout the weekend with regular photos and videos, which we greatly appreciated.
