His professional knowledge can give me good guide on the area you wanted to improve, and give me the result i want in a relatively short period. He also adjusts the training to the way I suit for. Apart from body shape, my posture did improves and so did my back pain.. He is also a very nice personal, and very punctual.

Keith Cheng大約 2 個月前Paul Sir 服務態度認真誠懇！能夠了解到學生嘅問題及需要改善嘅地方，佢可以因應到學生嘅唔同情度，因材施教，能照顧到學員嘅各種需要！ 另外，Paul Sir亦能提供到好多專業嘅知識同意見比學生，最重要係能夠將理論應用係實際情況上，step by step教導學生，對此十分滿意！ 我認為一個好嘅教練除左提供專業嘅動作指導學生，提供膳食建議以外，更應能夠引導學員走向自己嘅目標，呢點教練佢做得好好，會同學生一齊溝通，去訂立唔同階段性嘅目標，十分敬業，值得嘉許！
Joe Yip Lai Chi7 個月前起初都係諗住試吓堂，試咗堂後就決定要繼續上。教練非常專業，針對性咁提供健身指導，上堂除左健身訓練，仲可以學到實用嘅健身知識。而且教練非常友善，上堂好認真教，但唔會好大壓力。
