      既年輕又型的教練,一開始認為他年紀輕輕可能沒有經驗。但上課後發現他對熱愛健身。對這方面也有一定的了解和經驗。試堂也沒有像推銷員一樣,每次都會關心我的健身情況和進展。也設計一套屬於我的進度表。有些肌肉較弱就會加強。教練在說話時十分有耐性,有時在動作或飲食上不明白,都可以在課後wts教練,他都樂意解答。經常會鼓勵我,令我每次都可以堅持下去。 目前自己的進度也很滿意,會繼續上課。(已上完20堂)

      教練會指導你做正確既動作,亦會幫你計埋每日攝取量同plan埋運動既日子、計劃。成堂亦都會非常專注你既動作做得岩唔岩,錯既時候會即係糾正動作。每堂操完之後果兩日啲肌肉都會feel到明顯既酸痛感。價錢亦都非常實惠!推薦👍👍

      教練教學認真,用心指導學生,細心講解每個動作對不同部位的作用,而且,會糾正錯誤學生動作,保障了學生的安全,更會傳達正確的減肥增肌概念給學生,讓學生健康地完成目標!而且,在運動時會給予學生鼓勵,兩星期已有效果!十分棒!!!!

      Ms. Sue is my first 1-to-1 yoga teacher and I love her. She accesses and understands my ability very quickly and patiently guide me to the level of exercise that I need. Ms. Sue constantly pushes me to go beyond my perceived limits and even though the process was tough, I always appreciated that I went with Sue and be very proud of myself after. She is a very good teacher. I am naturally a very lazy person, but when I am with Sue, I always achieved something that I would never be able to do

      Our company engaged Richard to train a team to join the Spartan Race. Richard trained us up physically with very interesting workouts in the park. He also taught us how how to overcome the obstacles with park equipment. His methods are very good and he is a very good coach! Highly recommended!

      At first I thought getting back into a workout routine will be annoying, turned out the sessions are always enjoyable. Richard always do his best to listen and to share his knowledge and experIences. This surely is the best gifts i ever given myself!
