My name is Tim Stubbings and I am from Oxford, England. I am an English and business teacher and also work for Cambridge University and the British Council in Taiwan. I have a diploma in business and an MBA from Henley Management College in the UK, a degree in Chinese from Beijing Capital Normal University,and I also have a teaching qualification.
