Pure Fitness(銅鑼灣店)

Pure have the best gyms in HK. Set over 3 floors with running machines, stretch area, free weights, exercise studios. Gym gear provided. Generally clean and well maintained.

Visiting family in HK and decided to check out my sister’s gym. Really glad I joined her as this world class gym is like a 5 stars hotel. Great equipment with decent respectful crowd. They offer towel, shirt, short, and socks services...I know! It’s uncommon from what I used to but it save me lots of hassles. I joined the body combat class as well and it was way more fun and intense than the regular class I take. Sauna, steam room and showers are all superb.

In Hong Kong for work and wanted to find somewhere with a Watt bike I could use. Pure fitness were great - I made an enquiry and they contacted me through What’s App so it was easy to ask questions, they sent photos of the equipment and advised on times. Great space, loads of equipment and very clean. Friendly staff who happily let me use the bike for a reasonable cost and didn’t interfere (many gym staff see a woman and feel an urge to ‘advise’). Would recommend.

As a seasoned weight lifter, this place is alright. Nothing too crazy other than the beautiful natural light it gets from the huge windows. The free weights space is standard for a luxury gym.
