過程也許是障礙重重、荊棘滿途，但她深信，那些帶我們走進黑夜的，也將促使我們穿越黎明。

Have joined the slow down with me class this Tuesday afternoon. It is a really great class. I love it so much. Feel very relaxing and all the stress released after the class. Amanda is a wonderful teacher. I am looking forward to the next class.💖
