因投訴你們職員在本人已簽署的服務記錄後(未經本人同意下)刻意擅自修改內容，但投訴職員堅持內部記錄不會出錯及反指本人無理投訴。
幸好本人記得Ocean Spa公司WhatsApp 曾拍下職員擅自修改前記錄作證。惟多個月來多翻追問Ocean Spa 職員有否不誠實處理客人服務記錄也未得到仼何回覆。
