較早的事，本人對phoenix態度表示失望，沒有購買更多時店員表現得態度惡劣，朋友聽到該店員跟你地店員一齊討論我，說話非常難聽，本人感到非常難過。
明白我地香港人消費不夠陸客強，但希望至少給予基本尊重。
