教練好nice好靚女，而且教學十分清晰，會講解每個動作細節及其中原理，而且會仔細執好動作但絕對唔會拖慢進度，該認真時認真，但休息時間會同小朋友玩得好開心，小朋友好期待每次上堂，非常推薦

Joe sir 係一個好用心教嘅教練，我今次就報咗成人一對一教學，本身怕水又手腳唔協調，Joe sir 每堂都非常之用心咁一步一步教。建議大家想學游水都可以搵吓 Joe sir！

特別推薦俾想個別指導嘅成年人! 唔識游水呢樣嘢一直記在心中，以前讀書同出嚟工作都試過參加3至4次唔同泳班，但都學唔識，感覺好挫敗。再次扚起心肝學呢樣求生技能，過去group class頭幾堂可能仲停留喺基本技巧，但個別教授短時間已經掌握到蛙式同自由式基本技巧，仲游到一定距離，呢個真係意想不到。 馮sir會細心指導，而我理解唔到時，講解方法亦讓我容易get到點做，真心想學識游水嘅大家，真係極度推薦。

Ray教練展現出極強的專業能力，其教學方法科學而且輕鬆有趣，他能根據我身體反饋，不時問我遇到什麼困難，向我細心分析，即時調整教學策略，有耐性而且細心。 在水中平衡調節、呼吸節奏控制等環節，他總能通過生動比喻（如"像浮波般放鬆漂移"）將複雜動作分解為可操作的步驟。在蛙泳教學時，他教我的"兩次腿部發力配合一次手部划水"細分練習法，讓我迅速建立肌群記憶，學習蛙式滑行的重點技巧。有在深水泳池教授我水中求生及踩水技巧，之後和我到海灘練習，最後輕鬆游到浮台，使我完成其中一個夢想，一個游泳里程碑，我會繼續跟他學習更多游泳技巧！ 十分推薦Ray教練！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

已經試左第一堂，進度都好快，已經學習左閉氣蛙腿，可以係老師嘅指導下游一小段距離，同埋老師好細心。 期待之後再上堂
