Reminiscent of HK back in the day,
The days of faraway colonial outposts catering to our servicemen and the odd tourist...
HK and Wanchai in particular used to be dotted with such places but when the servicemen went so did places like this...

we went to the grand opening free drink and food ..nice staff and has its sister bar along the road.
