Baker / Instructor Information - Lee Enlin With over ten years of experience, Lee Enlin is an SCA certified licensed instructor and examiner of the Specialty Coffee Association, and has earned an SCA coffee diploma with 120 credits. In addition to rich experience in food and beverage and teaching, he is also a CQI green coffee quality grader (Q-grader). He has studied under Dr. Steffen at the German Coffee Consulater International Coffee Consultant Academy and completed the Coffeologist Education program, learning about botany, coffee history, varieties, green bean processing, roasting, brewing, sensory tasting, food service, and factory setup. He obtained the title of Coffeologist in 2016. Currently dedicating himself full-time to coffee roasting and teaching work.
