Introduction
Our club has been designed with you in mind. We have areas that are dedicated to specific workout needs,
which includes gym floor, cardio theatre, free / loaded weights area, GX studio, freestyle area, cycling
studio and lounge area. Convenient to reach by any type of transportation. You can choose to train alone,
with a personal trainer or with a group in a class. Whichever you choose, we’ll be there to help.

Amazing view on the Central area and Kowloon side. Nespresso machine available for guests. Machines and tools are a step behind those found in the Hopewell and Harbour City branches, but still good.
