Bungee yoga令我覺得我係可以減肥架！！！！我係2子之母，生完2 次肥左70 lbs,好多方法游水，跑步，減食都試過，冇話減得多，2,3 磅都冇咩減到，上左bungee yoga第一堂真係好辛苦，上完堂手都震埋，點知2日後上磅，減左4磅，以為個磅壞左，上星期上多堂，今日上磅，又減多2磅，目標每星期都有得減，甘我就好快減到40 磅喇^v^
