預約好下午剪髮，但是當天早上卻臨時收到更改時間通知，因為預約時行程已經安排好而且已經網上付款，所以當時感覺不太好並要求取消服務及退款，後來客服又通知可以按原訂時間剪髮，幸好最後剪髮過程及效果令人滿意。
