好多人覺得Fine dining其實只係一啲所謂高級餐廳提供貴夾唔飽嘅菜式，但當你品嚐每道菜式，唔單止賣相精緻，味道還有層次感，總會覺得回味無窮。
今次試 Le Reve 因為佢係法式日本菜，我選擇咗8 courses dinner set，其中有三道surprise dish，由Chief決定，所以完全no idea食乜，除咗食材好新鮮之外，每道菜都好花心思去煮，正如之前所講⋯有層次感，所以食得非常開心，希望下次再有另一啲驚喜菜式
