Introduction

This club is made up of a group of passionate yoga instructors who are passionate about yoga, and promote yoga, sit-in, healthy living and environmentally friendly life:
(a) Yoga: Through the Yoga Asana exercise body function, smooth the body's meridians, promote the public's health, maintain good spirit and vitality;
(b) Meditation: Through the Vipassana Meditation, learn about self, enhance self-awareness, exercise spiritual strength, develop life wisdom, emotional intelligence (EQ), and adversity IQ (AQ). Starting from the self, we understand the importance of healthy living and environmentally friendly life to our own health, and put it into practice to reduce and eliminate the habits and eating habits that are bad for our health and unfavorable to the earth's ecology.
Through yoga classes, sit-in classes, retreat camps, lectures, seminars and other activities in line with the purposes of the Association, the Association promotes public awareness of body and mind health and cherishes the resources of the planet.
