is a qualified yoga teacher, fond of swimming, hiking and exploring nature with her camera. She felt stuck mentally and physically each time after having exercises. Because of this, she bought a yoga book and started to learn yoga until she hurt herself in the hamstring. Ever since she started learning yoga in studios to balance her yin nature. In 2006, She flew to Toronto to study Kundalini and Hatha Yoga. During her training, she has been enlightened by the inner voice – Nature speaks to her that a greater sensitivity would allow her to feel deep gratitude. After meditation she witnessed a Garden of Eden – the sensation of the still realm, the peace and quietness of the reflection in the lake in early autumn, the withering gigantic branches rooting under the lake, bringing her a sheer delight she has never felt before! With this awe-inspiring feeling, she believes in bringing harmony to body, mind and spirit. Nourishing life energy from within, she joyfully receives this empowering motivation. A devoted yoga student, while learning and teaching are both aspiring her life with many reflections in which she finds the truth in yoga. Since 2009, she has taught yoga freelance in different organisations in Hong Kong including Tung Wah Hospital, Awards for Young People Hong Kong, ICAC, Pun Chung Community Centre etc.. She hopes to promote the philosophy of Calm Mind, Fit body as well as Inspired life in Hong Kong leading her to set up “Nature Yoga“ in 2014.
