Introduction
Yoga should be the union of mind, body and soul. The practice of yoga is a means to assist us in integrating and balancing the different layers of our life such that our mind, body and spirit.
One Yoga, "ONE" means yoga for everyone. We hope to bring the wonderful experience of yoga to everyone. Our aim is to help our students expand their awareness through the practice of yoga; live the moment, and become more capable of perceiving the richness of life.

I’ve been going to this yoga studio for a number of months now. The studio offers one class at a time with a capacity of 10 attendees at a time. I prefer this atmosphere over places like Pure Yoga where you have to stagger your position on the mat
