今天第一次試堂，謝謝導師Amanda 耐心地教導，提醒我要放鬆身體及需練習用力的部份。我已成為懶懶豬沒有做伸展瑜伽幾個月，要養成健康習慣。而且上課時間很適合彈性上班時間的人，接待員也很多禮貌，請各位繼續多多指教🙏😊
