對於一個從來唔做運動同懶既我，基本上連郁都唔想郁，但因為肥令到線條都變晒既我，造成嚴重既困擾，再唔做運動就唔會得到改變，自問自己唔係一個有恆心同毅力去做運動，所以我當時就選擇左靜態輕鬆既瑜珈。
重記得第一次接觸瑜珈就係上Hailey 老師課堂，當初只係抱住試下玩下既心態去，到左而家變成左我生活既一部分。
Hailey 係我心目中係一個好用心去對待每一次課堂既老師，每個學生既程度都會有所不同，每次上堂都感受到佢有先了解每個學生既程度而去準備課堂教學。
至少改變左一個懶，唔郁，唔運動既我，變成

導師好nice同專業，課堂節奏剛好，會因唔同程度既學生做適合佢地既姿勢。上完堂會出身汗，可以訓練核心肌肉又可以拉筋！
