Joe sir is a very dedicated coach. This time I signed up for one-on-one adult teaching. I am afraid of water and my hands and feet are not coordinated. Joe sir teaches me step by step very carefully in every class. I suggest that anyone who wants to learn how to swim can go find Joe Sir!

Especially recommended for adults who want individual guidance! The fact that I didn’t know how to swim has always stayed in my mind. I tried to join 3 to 4 different swimming classes when I was studying and working, but I couldn’t learn it. I felt very frustrated. I once again gathered my energy to learn this survival skill. In the past, I might have only stayed at the basic techniques in the first few classes of the group class, but some teachers have already mastered the basic techniques of breaststroke and freestyle in a short period of time and even swam a certain distance. This is really unexpected. Mr. Feng will give careful guidance, and when I don't understand, his explanations make it easy for me to get the point. Coach Ray demonstrated strong professional ability. His teaching method was scientific, relaxed and interesting. He would ask me from time to time what difficulties I encountered based on my physical feedback, analyze them carefully for me, and adjust his teaching strategy immediately. He was patient and careful. When it comes to adjusting balance in the water, controlling breathing rhythm, and other aspects, he can always break down complex movements into actionable steps through vivid metaphors (such as "drifting relaxedly like the waves"). When teaching breaststroke, he taught me the detailed training method of "two leg forces combined with one hand stroke", which allowed me to quickly establish muscle group memory and learn the key techniques of breaststroke. He taught me the skills of survival in water and treading water in the deep-water swimming pool, and then took me to the beach to practice. Finally, I swam to the floating platform easily, which enabled me to fulfill one of my dreams and a milestone in swimming. I will continue to learn more swimming skills from him! I have tried the first class and the progress is very fast. I have already learned the breath-holding frog kick. I can swim a short distance under the guidance of the teacher. The teacher is also very attentive. Looking forward to attending class later
