What is the regular process of this service?
The tutor checks the HelloToby website or communicate with the clients with the Whatsapp.

Does the customer have to prepare anything beforehand?
The tutor is convenient to know what the strengths and weaknesses of the students to improve the language proficiency. Therefore, the tutor can ask to show the textbooks or any materials that the students have worked on so far.
3.
Are there any policy on date changes or request changes?
The policy is the first-come, the first-serve. The tutor can suggest the different dates or different times if there is pre-existing appointments with the other clients.
4.
Are there any cancellation or refund policy?
There is no penalty for cancellation. If the client is taking the TOEFL tests, the tutor can refund 50% of the charges if the client does not raise their scores.
5.
How much is the fee
The regular fee is 180 Hong Kong Dollars an hour. For the test takers, the fee is 300 Hong Kong dollars an hour.
