Jumping on the Rebounder is more than 85% shock absorb than jumping on tradmill or street. so really good for the someone who want to protect hip, knee and ankle joint.
So I really recommend to jump on Rebounder not on hard surface.

Great workout to shed off my postnatal weight. It was fun and saw instant result next day. Lucia really motivated us to keep going for people who don't work out or exercise. Will definitely come back again and also recommend friends to give it a try.
