1 of the best studious Ive been to. Instructors are outstanding and inspiring. I like that the classes are kept small also.

I did the arial yoga class and it was awesome. As a first timer I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Jenny was welcoming and very supportive! An intimate class size made it an even better experience. I highly recommend it!!

Found this place when moving to HK two months ago. It made me fall in love with yoga... Small classes, awsome instructors and I always feel good after a class.

Amazing location in the cozier greener side of Central. Mats all manduka. Wonderful instructors who not only know what they’re doing but also have great personal touch with students. Music and vibe the best in HK
