從這個網站的「最新食店」中找到這家 Little LAB Central, 卻發覺已經是一家開業已有半年的雞尾酒吧。於是便趁某個週末晚上, 來到位於蘇豪區的這家「小實驗室」, 品嚐了一杯從網上贏得的一杯免費 Cocktail, 名叫 Ginseng in Black ($120), 調酒師更於完成作品前, 把一片檸檬皮在杯邊磨擦一圈, 繼而放上雞尾酒上, 散發出誘人的檸檬香; 除了預期的陳釀蘭姆酒外, 更融入 普洱茶、人參 等想不到的元素, 中西合璧, 味道苦澀中帶複雜, 複雜中卻帶驚喜。 這裡還有兩款以「大排檔」為藍本的 Cocktail － LAB's Iced Tea 和 HK Tea Time, 同樣以特色烈酒配以自家製 Tea Syrup, 實在令人期待。 Other Info. : 不得不提這裡的服務質素, 店員態度非常親切, 也是一個值得回來的理由。

Love Rummin’Tings, food, vibe and service are excellent! Have had a few night here where it’s been a lock in!! And more importantly they’re environmentally friendly with use of sustainble alternatives. Dark n stormy all the way!

Best experience ever! The management and security are very friendly and as a tourist, I feel at home here. Metro has everything to offer such as great choice of music, good mix of drinks and last but not least, an excellent crowd for you to have a good time. 👍

又到左星期五晚，梗係要約齊成班好姊妹出黎飲野兼girl’s talk啦，尤其有個姊妹就快結婚，大家順便傾下點樣玩死班兄弟~LOL 打開drink list見到有杯野叫做Bartender's special ($128)，有幾special先？原來即係Bartender跟據客人嘅口味而特別調校，估唔到飲杯野都可以咁tailor-made~咁我就直接話：「我比較鍾意清清甜甜嘅味道，飲落會覺得sweet嘅！」之後佢就幫我調校左杯獨一無二嘅cocktail，真係好啱飲~4個女仔一人一杯special，完全係4人4色~

I was looking for somewhere to eat and almost passed straight by this place until a sign for "Ramen Burger" caught my eye. I went in and sat up at the bar looking over the kitchen and watched them prepare this fried ramen noodle bun / wagyu beef bulgolgi / kimchee creation. The burger was a little on the small side (and I must say quite difficult to eat) but thoroughly delicious. They had a range of cocktails and craft beers (I ended up with a whisky cider) and green tea icecream macaron sandwiches for desert. Definitely worth checking out for something a bit different.

Happy hour ! $3 Atomic wings which are amazing. Unlimited fries which are so good. Usually come around 7/730 and get good service and no waiting on food. This place isn't crowded either. Finding pub food this cheap close to central every night of the week is rare ! Been here 3 times and will continue.

Been coming here for brunch for a long time . Compared to other restaurant in this price points hands down the best ! Appetisers are generous portion almost a dish by itself the presentations and service is great . Imagine a 3 course meal for under 100.

The China Bar is my favorite bar in all of HK!!! I️ always have the best time there, I️ love the drinks, and the staff is amazing! China bar is my second home. Sumod and all the other managers, bartenders and bouncers always make it a fun time. The music and dance floor are always bumping. Would 100% recommend to anyone for a fun and authentic LKF experience.

星期五Happy hour，場內環境氣氛有情調，燈光偏暗，人多就會嘈，相反飲野哩啲叫有氣氛我們八個人叫左幾多野食，好似食埋晚飯咁，有串燒、豬頸肉（好好食，好嫩）、薯條、水牛城雞翼（哩間整得唔錯）、墨西哥脆薯片...Happy hour啤酒、紅白酒都係較平價錢，一兩杯可以百幾埋單

星期四另一半生日，睇食評好，訂位去試下，食品真係好食，尤其主菜，飲品及甜品都很好味道，雖然我地唔可以飲酒，但無酒精嘅飲品都調得很好，如果想靜d, 8點半前無咁嘈，7點去食飯啱啱好，食完先飲野聽歌。但冷氣嫌太勁凍，可能我張枱對著冷氣風口，真是很凍。服務很好，尤其樓下企係度位靚女，太凍走落樓下食煙，好好態度叫我坐門口張枱，還遞上煙灰缸，值得一讚。

Fantastic pub. Nice pub food, great atmosphere and fun quizzes on Sunday & Monday evenings. The pub is run by Johnny, who always makes you welcome, as do his friendly staff. One of the best bars in HK.

The band Soul Bros every Thursday is what I constantly look forward to! Their live acoustic music is amazing and always a great vibe for friends coming together! Also, the service at SlideOn is delightful! They greet you with warmth and accommodation. My favorite staff is Aisha�
