Convenient to reach by any type of transportation. You can choose to train alone, with a personal trainer or with a group in a class. Whichever you choose, we’ll be there to help.

Great Gym with many other locations around Hong Kong. Affordable in relation to the average price of gyms in Hong Kong. Very helpful staff, offers a great app too.

cozy gym , have bench press squat cage and kettle bells.
but you need to avoid crowded times. other than that I loved it.
