Work Experience:
3+ years solid experience in Human Resources field in NGO, retail and manufacturing industry (not limited to recruitment, but also staff relations and all-rounded HR operations). Currently, working at a MNC company, mainly focus on recruitment in entry level (including Management Trainee) and middle management level. Experience in handling over 700 job applications and interviewing candidates.
