Took our 3 year old on a Sunday afternoon. Despite there being a very mixed age group at the gym, we had a great time. Yes, it was busy, but the staff did a great job of moving things along through registration / check-in, and made sure everyone h

Absolutely wonderful day out. I highly recommend this to all, except perhaps people in wheelchairs. Great family fun and exercise. Nice, clean and well staffed for safety. A great way to loose a little fat in a fun way.

Kids had a great time. They loved the ninja warrior style obstacle course on the 1st floor. Staff were very friendly & helpful as well
