good place for my fitness journey, especially with monthly fee $140 (require to prepay for 3 yrs). trainers are helpful and polite. but their services are rather expensive. i prefer to learn by myself. i take care of my body and purse in balance.

個gym 唔錯
但同其他gym 一樣， trainner 到禁上下就哄人買野
另一方面，有啲客好有衞生問題， 清潔員工辛苦了
