This gym is clean, has nice staff, offers a good variety of classes, and provides fresh clothes and towels. The location is good and they also have complementary coffee and tea.

A good training place in a central location. The size is good for HK standard, that objectively means that can be overcrowded if you go in peak time... but that's HK. Very professional Personal Trainers, friendly and prepared. The facility is clea

A little small and could do with a bit more variety of equipment but its a good little gym
