Pretty decent 2 storey gym. Suffice free weights and equipment are relatively new and well maintained. Wasnt pack on a Saturday evening.

Fantastic gym in fabulous location. Gym staff are polite, equipment and classes are top notch.
Can get quite busy weeknights 7 to 8pm.

The place is clean and have sufficient training materials to vary your exercises.
I haven't try yet their classes but they seem quite interesting.

Similar to the one in Singapore, classes conducted in English wihh some added Cantonese jokes. Nice!

The gym is quite new, spacious and clean. Many classes for options. The only bothering part is that the salesperson is pretty tricky. I understand sales would have their promotional “tactics” by telling you that certain promotions are only availab

Alright gym
Annoying when you are in the middle of the set and a lady with a vacuum comes in hot.
Hot air in the face from the vacuum
Brutal. 10:30am. Maybe clean after closing like most businesses
Will not join for more than a month
