我27/5 購買療程，時間係14/6 14：00， 亦有收到toby 的email。但係預約當天店家話冇收到toby既email亦都唔知道我既booking 所以安排唔到時間俾我 而我都打唔到電話俾toby，腥了email俾toby亦未有回覆 我係預留左時間做療程 亦用左時間金錢去到店舖到。最後雖然都俾到我做療程，但我覺得哩件事上面 toby作為中介媒體冇電話客服，有事上黎搵唔到人又要我搞一大輪，唔會再用哩個app。
