Although the membership fee is a bit expensive, it worth to pay that much because they will not disturb the guest for selling their package, never.
And the gym is well equipped with new machines. The opening hours is relatively long as well when

地理位置不錯，但不及銅鑼灣方便。但人流又比銅鑼灣少，各有各好。
