Great facility for grown ups and kids. My son is having a kick boxing blast every wednesday, well done JAB and beware of the big bad wolf, he is (very) close ;-)

great place for lots of fitness classes. coaches are amazingly good and professional! andrew’s and kat’s classes will defintely tear your body apart but make you soooo muchhhhh stronger and toned up. 5 starsssss!
