當初入會時都有懷疑係咪真係唔會hard sell, 好怕做做下運動又有啲教練走埋嚟煩住哂
Join 左幾個月了，真心體驗到4ward Fitness 所有員工都好熱情，沒有被人hard sell, 而且環境設施好好，揚內燈光令我感到好舒適，打破了傳統式健身中心模式

Shawn is a very professional and responsible trainer. All my friends said can see I have big change, both the body shape and in good spirit after trained for few months. Which not happened in past past training experiences.

如果可以俾零分真係一粒星都唔想俾！一個program換5個教練，成日遲到/早落堂，一係就到咗間gym先放你飛機。約個堂追問成個星期都未約到，然後suggest d明知係返工時間嘅time slot俾你, 弱智。就算同所謂經理反映都只會話咁要唔要換教練，完全冇解決過問題，啲管理同教練質素真係好有問題！

這間健身房真的很差，給錢之前就跟你說好怎麼plan課程，sale完課程給完錢之後就不負責任，到後期不續課的話教練就不怎麼跟你約課，真的覺得管理不行

呢間真係好垃圾，叫你join課就好積極，俾完錢，合約就黎結束也不提醒，白白冇左幾堂課，PT經常遲到同換人，約時間上課又唔覆信息，真係覺得有些PT的態度好差，課堂沒完就開始同你傾續合約，唔續課之後態度就更加唔好了，約課都唔積極了，真心覺得呢間公司管理唔得，PT質素都唔得，一個program換幾個pt，有一個PT離職也不提前通知..以後都唔想join了
