星級教練專業指導，環境舒服乾淨，客人都好有質素 。由開業到而現在都Keep住來做運動 ，而家仲增設埋飲水機，仲有賣可以代餐食物，夠哂貼心，值得一讚。

本人太太是 貴公司客户其中之一。事緣本人太太於運動後，與其他學員在更衣室內互相交流。討論及閒聊有關 貴公司的導師上堂時實況。
數天後，本人太太進場時， 貴公司的經理口頭警告本人太太，指與其他學員交流意見會影響到公司的利益，並指公司有權取消其會藉。
本人太太及其朋友參加 貴公司的服務，主要原因是 貴公司的服務均有口碑及質素。這相信亦是一般大衆參加 貴公司的服務主要原因之一。自開業至今一直支持對導師專業態度不容置疑。貴公司經理突然令本人太太感到無辜，實在不可理喻。對於本人太太及其朋友
