Friendly instructors and front desk staff , but be warned : the Mega Reformer is tough !!!

I was in H-Kore almost every day for two weeks when in Hong Kong and I loved it. The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere around the gym was great and helped you push through when you thought you had your limit. Next time I'm in Hong Kong

Sono stata alla palestra H-Kore mentre ero in vacanza ad Hong Kong a visitare degli amici, e mi sono trovata benissimo. Ambiente stimolante, personale gentile e competente e sopratutto tanta gente che lavorava duro ma con un sorriso e un'entusiasm

Not your typical kind of gym.
High intensity but low impact (no running jumping etc). I found it most efficient in focusing my abdomen area. The soreness would lasts for a few days.
The studio is clean and bright however the changing room is q

Love Lagree Fitness and H Kore has a set up a good.place with a LA vibe. Look for part-owner and teacher, Vanessa , I swear by her!
