Went for two boxing sparring theory classes and left feeling inspired, with useful tips I haven't learned before. Jonathan is good and quick with his thinking and there's always something he can work out for you regardless of your experience level

呢間gym好近地鐵站,好方便。我本身鍾意打boxing,Coach O教拳好細心,仲好專業,佢仲係world champion Roy Jones Jr既前教練,係佢身上學到好多野。泰拳班雖然未玩過,但果邊好熱鬧,D師傅全部泰仔。間唔中仲有circuit training班,幾好玩,減下肥,練下肌肉,不過有D辛苦 :P

Probably the largest and the greatest westernized Muay Thai gym with the least attitude and enough (sometimes) genuineness to keep you going back. The founders were friendly (enough) to spare an eye contact and a nod if they happened to remembered

Very disappointing. I have been going to Warrior Muay Thai for almost two years. For my needs, it's been fine. A good workout. The classes can be touch and go depending on the trainer. However I won't be going back. They have a policy where if you
