Hands-down the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to. The staff are friendly and helpful and being open 24 hours leaves no excuses for not getting a workout in. Even during busy hours I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes to get on equipment. Hi

Great place to workout.
All necessary machinery and weights are there as they need to be. Always clean and tidy. All facilities there. Vending machine that provides water and protein shakes, incase you forgot your protein.

One of the cleanest and most well run gyms I have been to. The staff are friendly and happy to help, the gym is cleaned daily and the MIZONE belts are a great way to track your fitness

Equipment is new and location is somewhat convenient to me. Price is reasonable. But cleanliness is a big problem. Building is old, it smells moldy and dirty. water dripping here and there from time to time. The lockers smells horrible (body odor)

Went for a trial day..the service member just talk to me about money ,,all the time ,absolutely unprofessional ,he didn't let my try the gym .you can go to every other gym and the provide way more for the money..

場勁亂，餅同壺鈴放到一地都係無人整理
沐浴露，消毒液同乾手紙成日無
廁所去水位成日俾毛髮塞住搞到水浸，花灑設計又低能，滴水滴到一地都係，而且好污糟，成日見到排泄物響地下
最重點係保安極差，外人上去按下鐘就會有傻仔開門俾外人入，或者啲會員私底下放啲fd 入去做，又唔覺眼班staff 會follow, 總之唔使俾月費，識按鐘仔就有gym做
