The Bjj class is very useful to me. Mestre Junior explained each movement step by step and each step has a reason behind. With this method I can learn those important concepts of BJJ.

Was able to attend the new school during the Andre Galvao seminar. Amazing space, friendly staff/team, and Professor Junior were very kind and welcoming. Congrats to the Atos & Be Water team. Oss!
