之前生兩胎都無正視腹直肌問題，每生完一次就比上一次大隻，今次生第三胎比之前仲要大隻好多，所以下定決心要處理一下！宜家做完療程2個多星期，大至可以穿回未生呢胎之前的褲，大滿足！
