服務專業, 員工有禮. Ben剪髮用心, 會給予建議和詳細講解. 無論洗髮、染髮或剪髮, 均令人感到舒適, 效果亦令我滿意。唯一要改善的是年輕員工做事比較 求其粗魯，幫我頭髮過水時令我耳仔入水。
