Service Introduction
Gua Sha (Scraping Therapy): One of the traditional natural healing methods in China, it is guided by the theory of meridian and acupoints. It involves using specialized scraping tools and corresponding techniques to repeatedly scrape the body surface, causing the skin to turn red with small petechial or dark red spots, known as "bringing out the Sha," to achieve the effects of activating blood circulation, dispersing blood stasis, soothing muscles and meridians, and eliminating cold and toxins.
Cupping Therapy: Also known as horn method in ancient China, it used animal horns as suction tools. Nowadays, it mainly relies on negative pressure and heat to adhere cups to muscles, acupoints, or uncomfortable areas of the body, causing congestion, blood stasis, or blisters, to achieve the effects of dispelling wind and cold, and promoting blood circulation and Qi flow.
