Service Introduction
Gua sha is one of the traditional natural therapies in China, guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine meridians and acupoints. It involves using special gua sha tools and corresponding techniques to repeatedly scrape and rub the surface of the body, causing localized red wheals or dark red blood spots known as "sha" to appear, aiming to promote blood circulation, relieve muscle tension, and expel cold and toxins.
Cupping, known as "jiao fa" in ancient China, utilized animal horns as suction tools. Nowadays, it mainly uses negative pressure and heat to create suction on meridians, acupoints, or areas of discomfort, causing congestion, blood stagnation, or blistering to achieve the effects of dispelling wind, promoting blood circulation, and removing blood stasis.
