Service Overview Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese natural therapy guided by the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) meridians and acupoints. Using specialized scraping tools and appropriate techniques, repeated scraping is performed on the surface of the body to create localized redness or dark red petechiae, known as “sha” (the appearance of therapeutic skin changes). This process helps promote blood circulation, disperse blood stasis, relax muscles and meridians, and support the elimination of cold and toxins.
